Up Next: Salts FC Reserves

Our Reserve team take to Barr Field on Saturday for their final pre-season game, and they face their toughest test yet against Salts FC Reserves.
The match has a 1 pm kick-off time, and a look at the MET weather app shows that it should be a sunny day.

To register, there are QR codes that will open our track and trace page on our website. These are found at the gate, the bar entrance, and down the side of the pitch as you arrive at it. Salts FC Reserves.
Like their first team, it will come as no surprise when at the end of this campaign, our visitors aren't in the mix for the title.
Last season, before football stopped, they were in second place in the Alliance Division 1, and it looked like being between them, Beeston and Field for the title.
A strong side who press hard and move the ball around well, their leading goalscorer last year was Nathan Harley with 20, close behind him with 16 was Matthew Bailey.
The two sides have met twice before during the 2018/19 season with Rangers winning 5-3 (Chris Plews (2), Phil Turner (2) and Vito D'Avanzo) at Salts Sports Club, and Salts taking the honours 2-1 (Mike Tasker with our goal) at Barr Field.
One To Watch.
As already mentioned, Nathan Hartley has proven time after time to be deadly in front of goal. Even stepping up a division has not stopped him for finishing in the top five league goalscorers.
Team News.
Manager Kris Macdonald will hope to field a strong, and competitive side for this match. Rangers will want to build on the recent 2-1 win over Wetherby Athletic Reserves, and the management will see this as a test of how serious the squad is with the new season looming.
