Following our recent 4-1 victory against Ripon City in the First Round of the Whitworth Cup, we have been handed a tricky quarter final tie away against Premier League side Knaresborough Town Reserves.
At present, we haven’t got a confirmed time or date for this game, but as soon as we do, we will publish it on both this website and our social media channels.
Following the withdrawal of Boroughbridge ‘A’, our reserves were handed a bye into the quarter final of the Hulme Cup where an away match against Kirkby Malzeard Reserves awaits. This game is set to be played on the 20th October, but there is an outside chance that it may be switched to Barr Field as Kirkby’s first team entertain Knaresborough Celtic in the Whitworth Cup on the same day. Again, more information will be released when it has been confirmed between the teams and FA.
Should our reserves overcome the challenge of Kirkby Malzeard, then a semi-final tie against either Harlow Hill Reserves or Harrogate Old Boys will be on the cards!
